Requirements
for open studio/workspace in University Heights:
- Artist agrees to open
their studio site and be present from 11-6pm September 16 and September 17
- Artist
will have at least 10 pieces of recent, original work prominently displayed
in their studio site similar to the images they provided for the
website, catalog/map.
- Artist
will only display/sell artwork that they created.
Requirements
for San Diego County Artists: unable to open their workspace in U.H. or
who live outside the U.H. area:
area businesses,
restaurants, churches, hotel, and community centers will 'host' San Diego
artists displaying their work

Artist must be present in or around their 'hosted studio' during the
hours of 11-6, September 16-17.
- Artist
will only display/sell artwork that they created.
- Artist will not
display imported or manufactured work or reproductions.
- Artist is responsible for their
own sales

A 20% commission on sold work will go to the business or
restaurant, gallery,
etc. hosting the artist's work, or by other arrangement by venue and artist
- Artist is responsible for the set
up and take down of their own show.
